Today ,the channel is the most important in selling markets.A good channel decides success or failure of an enterprise.So more businessmen took more attention on it .As the necessary commodities and low cost goods in our lives,the traditional Chinese medicines mainly depend on superior channels. So the relative manufacture enterprises such as LANZHOU FOCI PHARMACY find the importance of it. However, the channel condition of LANZHOU FOCI PHARMACY is not so well .According to Chinese TCM health commerce chamber statistics ,In 2002, the order of LANZHOU FOCI PHARMACY among our country TCM companies was the second,only inferior of "BEIJING TONG REN TANG ".But the condition was changed in 2006,the order of it was only the ninth .Why there is so large difference in several years ?The main cause of it is the delay of channel construction in the international markets. Hence, the optimization and management of the channel is the first thing to deal with .Based on the conditions of practical investigation and demonstration analysis ,the topic of the paper is to search methods of resolving optimization and management in channels.The first paragraph of paper is the channel theory introduction.The second paragraph is the practical description of FOCI international channel.In the third part,in contrast with BEI JING TONG REN TANG ,using SWOT to explain the advantage and inferiority and opportunity and challenge. The fourth is the channel optimization and management scheme.Just as Mr. Haiming Wu ,the famous brand selling expert said that channels are equal to the kings and brave ones are winners.The main object of this paper is to looking for developing opportunity for international channel of LANZHOU FOCI PHARMACY...
