| Electronic components industry has been the important segment in worldwide electron and information indurtry development.In China, the electronic components industry has also become the base of China electron and information indurtry dcvelopment.Now, most electronic components are from outside China, but these components companies are entering into China because China is one of the biggest consumer countries and manufacture countries in the world.They are developing business in China fastly and taking big marketing share.How to setup sales channel system and how to settle down current sales channel problems in China is very important for those international electronic components companies.These channel solution will impact the company's development and growing and help company to refine their channel system, then improve company's business performance.In this paper, I will study I company China channel system in embedded segment by using channel theory and channel performance evaluation system.The objective of this study is to evaluate,analyse I company current channel problems and advise suggestion for how to refine the channel, then help the company to keep consistent growth.There are 5 chapters in this pater.In the first chapter, I introduced the subject background and reference channel theory base, also the sense for the company with good channel model.In the second chapter, I studied and listed the theory of channel system building up and management.In the third chapter, I analysed why the I company need to set up a channel system in Chian and how is their current channel system in China.Specially, I referred 9 terms of channel management and channel performance evaluation solution to analysed and evaluated I company current channel status and problems.In the forth chapter, summarised I company's current major problems in channel system and advised how to improve it.Final chapter is the summary and expectation.Summarised the essential for I company to improve their sales channel system. |
