In the recent ten-year-road of development, Lanzhou Aluminium Co., Ltd grasps market opportunity actively and benefits from every favorable inside resource, it is presented for good condition. However, the Human Resource problem resulted in present compensation system exposes evidently along with the change of inside and outside environments. Lacking encourage of present compensation system leads to brain drain and staff dissatisfaction, it has become a bottleneck in enterprise follow development.The article draws on the Human Resource problem as research subject, which is faced by Lanzhou Aluminium Co., Ltd during the course of transformation, reshuffle and development in high speed. It evaluates the presence compensation system, which has brought low satisfaction of staff and restricted enterprise's continual development used with SWOT analysis tool. It analyzes the operational environments from the angle of strategic compensation and decides the basic train of thought and guiding principle for scheme designing.This scheme redesigns the enterprise's basic and auxiliary compensation system based on the theories such as Broad Banding, Factor Contribution and Total Rewards model, build the achievement wage system which support staff's job development and auxiliary compensation system full of humanity and emotion. It will solve such problems as excessive safeguard, inefficiently promote and low efficiency by institutional measures.To realize this scheme will successfully solve Human Resource problems due to lacking of encourage. It will efficiently bring reasonable fluid of force resource in enterprise, optimize human resource allocation and play a positive role in attracting and keeping talents. It has actual use value in supporting enterprise's strategy realized, and also has reference value in operation of compensation management of other enterprises and fellow traders..
