There is a famous dictum with the enterprise management--The key factor of one enterprise success or failure depends on whether it can arouse the staff's power and wisdom, the vigor of enterprise comes from the attraction to the staff. This paper points out that the human resources are important to the success of one enterprise. However the human and talent resources can't develop without encouragement.Company A is a branch under a large state-owned enterprise in China. The company personnel are stability, development is smooth. But from the point view of long-term development, the enterprise is faced with a very awkward situation: no passion staff, in an idle status. The personnel are a lack of positive vigor.Firstly, this paper systematically introduces significance, research method, the situation, and so do. And then it divides domestic and foreign-related content-type motivation theory into two aspects which are described each other. It points out the theory important that incentives for enterprise to establish an effective incentive mechanism inspiration. Secondly,on the basis of the reference and questionnaire survey it analyzes the inspiration condition of A company. It gives a result that the incentive pay is a major incentives in a company. It improves. Meanwhile, it should have the aid of spirit inspiration. This paper adopts the method which is combining theory with practice, quantitative and qualitative analysis. On this basis, the article comprehensively uses of various incentive theory, then from the remuneration incentive and spirit incentive of the two aspects to construct a company staff incentive mechanism.The characteristics of this thesis lie in, using incentive theories to analyze and discuss the establishment problem of incentive mechanism for staff, paying attention to the combination of theories and practice, deepening the understanding of the incentive theories, and putting forward the frame that will resolve the existence problems in practice, building up the foundation for establishing the scientific and lasting incentive mechanism. Paying attention to fully dispense various incentive resources, promoting the foundation research work for human resource management, providing supports for building up the modern enterprise system. The problems which a company faces have certain representative in all the state-owned enterprises. Therefore the thesis will provide some beneficial enlightenment to improve the incentive system of state-owned enterprises in China.
