With the development of China's market and social economy,the existing compensation system cannot adapt the requirement which modern enterprise management and development needs,such as insufficient incentive function,lack of restraint and nonstandard distribution.The reform and optimization of the traditional compensation system can not only help enterprises to attract talents,but also promote the promotion of economic benefits of enterprises.It is an indispensable management measure for the development of enterprises.The scientific and reasonable compensation system can stimulating the employees' initiative and enthusiasm,improving the overall satisfaction of the employees.It is beneficial to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.However,as with most growth company,some private enterprises are neglected the environment of market and social economy,enterprise scale,operation mode and staff quality influence.The manager of the enterprise ignore the construction of the compensation management system,and can not get the valuable human capital.The outstanding problems such as non standard distribution,fatigue of constraint mechanism,lack of incentive effect and irrational assessment.It can lead to the phenomenon of talent outflow.Therefore,the compensation system should be designed under the constant human capital investment,focus on the design of the compensation strategy,compensation structure and compensation level of enterprises.In a word,the establishment of a high level compensation system has become the main task of human resource management in enterprises.It's an effective management method to make the income distribution reasonable,improve the staff's enthusiasm and retain excellent talents.This paper take XinLin which is a garment enterprise as the research object.Through the investigation and interview,the author knows the current status of new company compensation system,points out the shortcomings of its operation,and puts forward the optimization of compensation system,guiding principles and organizational guarantee.This paper tries to re-design a compensation distribution plan for XinLin to provide a sensible design and reference for the reform of the enterprise's compensation system.In a word,this paper point to analyze and design a compensation system for the enterprise producing garments,and provide an reference experience for other areas.
