Study On Management Of Manufacturing Enterprises Reverse Logistics

The value of reverse logistics had been stressed in the present competitive market. More and more manufacturers had realized and started to adopt reverse logistics management in their long-term strategic layout, and taken it as the new source of the profit. Many famous foreign enterprises are taking full advantage of reverse logistics as their key measures to strengthen their competition predominance, to increase the customer's value, and to improve the efficiency and performance of their supply chain. But up to now, it's still difficult to find the books discussing about the theory and practice of reverse logistics management in the book market.Based on the internal meaning and development of reverse logistics, this paper analyses the alternatives and factors that should be taken into consideration when building reverse logistics system. The basic process of business disposal of reverse logistics was studied, consisting of network designing and running of reverse logistics, policy and business flow, inventory management, information system of reverse logistics, organic mode and operation mode.The thesis hopes to provide a useful reference and enlightenment to the reverse logistics management of the related realms of Chinese manufacturer so as to improve their service level.
