The beauty industry starts to go down hill in 2006 while having experienced many year high speed growths. The low quality product already had no market. The specialized line improved looks the net product profit sector shrinking. Various professions competition will be being more intense in 2007.Small beauty shop, which still defended stubbornly the legacy product and the sales promotion idea, urgent needed to establish in the scientific marketing theoretically. A "body making to order" the marketing plan, this is precisely the present paper practical significance.The present paper main investigation and study object is the Guangzhou small specialized beauty shop. The investigation and study is to explore a feasibility marketing strategy suitable for the local customer group. The research technique is as following:First, formulates the investigation and study plan, as well as the relation theory literature and the information. Second, interview the region in the beauty shop and the cosmetology styles hair industry separately. At the same time, sends the questionnaire to the investigation and study region in consumer. Finally, obtains the conclusion by compiling the consumer questionnaire result according to SPSS which calculates and the interview result. Moreover, give the conclusion analysis and the case analysis refinement suggestion plan to the specialized beauty shop for reference.This project suggestion plan was adopt in January, 2007 by "the poem rhyme valuable beauty shop". The website project was abandon own to lack of technology and talented employees in maintaining the shop website. The Other part of the plan developed smoothly. The shop president in charge indicated that the shop has a new look within 3 months obviously both in the management, the cost and the profit compared to 2006. It mainly manifests in 3 points:It enhanced the management efficiency as well as reduces the management cost.It enhanced the staff stability. Usually, in March, it is time for various beauty shops to hire new employee. It encouraged the staff to choose beauty shops freely and easily. As a matter of fact, most of our employees do so in March 2006. However, none quit here in March 2007.It enhances the customer degree of satisfaction. There is more high praise from the customer. To our satisfaction, buyer willing to pay big sum of money grew 10%.The innovation of my investigation and study:To attempt introduces the customer marketing as the leading marketing in the Guangzhou small beauty shop sale.Innovate upon the Guangzhou Small Beauty shop organizational structure. Take actually upside pyramid instead of the traditional one.To attempt creates the good shop reputation and service brand, based on economical cost, through strengthening internal marketing and the establishment enterprise culture.
