The Risk Management Of Arcitecture Design

With the increasing extension of engineering project scale and the development of the economy, the basic construction project invests are increasing every year, the risk management of project is becoming more and more important. And the design is the soul of Engineering construction ,it decides the cost,progress,and quality of projects. According to results of investigation and relevant materials, the percentage of quality accident of construction project because of design errors is up to 40, it becomes the top of various reasons, so the quality of design job is played an important role at the realization of the project's goal, and the risk management of architecture design has deserved more and more people's attention. This thesis builds a risk management system, base on the distinguishing and analyzing the risk of architecture design project. And the major works are:1. Defined the risk of architecture design projects. The thesis combined with the feather of architecture design, defines the risk, risk element, risk management and its process of design projects.2. To analyze all kinds of risk factors, the architecture design project is divided into three parts: phase of scheme design, phase of preliminary design and phase of working drawing design. And according to the content of every stage, risks are divided into four major kinds. Government departments, developers, design institutes and units in charge of construction, and then built the risk analysis appraises index system.3. We build a design risks analyzing model with Gray Relation analysis theory, find out the most sensitivity factors, then based on this analyze classified the risk.4. To control the risk, we find out some cautions, from four aspects: risk avoidance, lose control, risk transfer and risk reserves.Those are fairly valuable in architecture design project.
