Compensation system, rewarded to the human resources of the corporation by the employers, is summed by currency and material compensation, which is relative with the sustainable development of the enterprises. Moreover, At one hand, to protect the basic physical needs, salary management could inspire the personnel to establish the strategic core competence of the corporation, at the other hand, the core competence bolsters the sustainable development of the stuff compensation system.As the Skeleton of the macro-compensation management, the proper structure of compensation plays crucial parts on promoting the management effectiveness, as for incentive measures to explore the potential of the talents, and directly reference to the management cost.Based on the CM group investigation and the academic compensation theory, the research concentrates on how to build up a proper compensation system corresponding with the real estate industry operation under the background of the private corporation which is transformed from the traditional industry to the real estate industry. Moreover, in the premise of controlling the overall payment, the reformation of salary system of CM divides into strategy management , operation management , technology , marketing and administrative management according to the position assignment, which is applicable to the similar private corporation.
