With the whole world's high support to the environmental protection, the influence of package to the environment begin to draw people's attention. The package manufacture procedure, the package itself and package castoff all have the possibility to bring on pollution. The evaluation to the environmental performance of the package supplier, the green purchasing of the package products and reverse callback of the old package is the efficient means that the enterprise deal with the package pollution.In this paper, on the basis of considering the supplier's green competencies, current environmental efficiency, supplier's green image and net life cycle cost. The author design the evaluation indicator system aimed at the supplier's environmental performance, describe the definition of the indicators in detail and introduce the quantitative items' calculation expressions, the qualitative items' marking standard. Then through the AHP method to calculate the indicators weighing and multiply with the corresponding indicators scores. Finally calculate the suppliers' environmental scores. Secondly, through making use of the the buyer's market, cooperating with the package manufacture, analyse the green purchasing of the package can bring on the cost saving and environment protection, resource and energy saving from the aspect of economic and environmental protection. Then The author establish a cost model on new package purchasing and old package recall, on the basis of considering both the environment and cost, decide whether construct the package recall system or not by company independently. Thirdly, on the basis of introducing the main content of the and analyzing the conception model, the related parts of the package reverse recall. At last make use of the cost analysis method base on task, and establish the cost and income model of the package reverse recall according to the conception model, the goal is minimize the cost and maximize the income.The paper from a new viewpoint to establish a evaluation system that aim at evaluating the environmental performance of the suppliers and hope it have use of reference to the proactive company. The green purchasing of package bring on obvious influence to the company's environmental and economical performance on every aspect. Including purchase environmental package and choose green transport mode, along with company construct package recall system to increase environmental lucre. Otherwise, the green purchase can meet the green package need of the consumers heighten the corporation's status. Most of the package castoff can be reused or recycled, in the time of short of resource, the reverse recall of package can save the purchasing cost, better make use of the resource, reduce the environmental pollution and the charge on it, upgrade the corporation image. The construction of the cost and income model to assure the best investment return rate. The combination of the three can reach the unification of the four goals that include economic benefit, consumer benefit, social benefit and zoology benefit. We can draw conclusion from the analysis above: the corporations are belong to the interest-drived, so to construct the products environmental package system, while analyze the environmental benefit, we should consider the economical benefit that the system can bring to the enterprise. And the government should increase the macroscopical control, encourage the corporation use the green package, issue the environmental subvention and impose the tax on the company without using package reverse recall. The construction of the system need the integration of the government macroscopical control and the market economy.
