With the development of economical globalization, the international operation has become an important trend of development for enterprises. Multinational corporations are playing more and more important roles in the world economy. While getting the big world market, they have to be facing more complex internal and external management environments. The cultural difference is a noticeable influence factor. With more practice of management, more managers and scholars began to pay attention to this problem and do a lot of researches. How to reduce the adverse influence of culture difference in multinational corporation's human resource management (HRM) has become a focus in the field of trans-culture management.At first, the domestic and foreign literatures in this field are introduced, and the theory basis is summarized. Then, the positive and negative effect of the culture difference to the HRM in multinational corporations is analyzed, and the strategies and patterns adopted by the companies to reduce the negative effect of culture difference in management are elaborated. At the same time, the trend of "cultural fusion" is also introduced. Based on the analysis before, the human resource management pattern of multinational corporation is established, called "alloy pattern". In this part, every part of this pattern is elaborated and analyzed by cases. At last, the conditions and key measures to use this pattern are explained.
