In recent years, with the development of regional integration and economic globalization, multinational corporations have achieved great progress and stimulated promoting and integrating the market, capitals and human resources. During this period of time, the Chinese corporations also got chances for development. However,the culture difference has become a problem that a multinational corporation has to face to. Simultaneously, with the coming technological and information era, human resource has played a more important role, especially in multinational corporations,the effectiveness of assigned labors management could possibly have significant impact on the development, to some extent. The Chinese multinational corporations are still on their first step of development, the lack of experience in human resource management has given rise to failure of labor assignment and other human resource management problems. In order to get used to the economic globalization, the Chinese corporations will have to successfully solve the cultural difference management from different countries.The CHICO assigned labor management will be researched in this article, using both theoretical and practical methods to work out solutions for multi-cultural conflict.First, this article will define the concept of multinational corporations, assigned labors and multicultural management, etc. Second, there will be a brief introduction of CHICO assigned labors using questionnaires to reveal the problems and reasons that causing such problems during assigning those labors to Africa. Third, based on both theoretical and practical research, this essay will provide a wholesale of solution for assigned labors management and detailed information for each sub-solutions. Last,there will be an outlook of assigned labor and human resource management for the future.The utility of assigned labor has become more significant than before, so the Chinese multinational corporations should use appropriate strategies of managementin order to achieve make it effective. Based on the successful researches, this article will combine the theories with the CHICO case to look into deep to the potential problems and possible solutions, which could be meaningful for the future.
