Research And Implement On Content Management System Oriented To Learning Organization

Nowadays, it's the knowledge economy era that's an intellectualization, informatization and the integration of global economy era, and it's also a new era that all people study and study all lives. Learning organization is the best organization form in the knowledge economy era, but how IT supports learning organization still hasn't been researched systematically and deeply. Content management is the inevitable outcome that IT applies to the business management. In the organization activities, it produces a great quantity content which the unstructured and semi-structured datum. How to manage and make good use of these content are the mission of content management, but there isn't theorization research about how content management makes these content play the maximal efficacy.This paper analyzes the inner relationship of the learning organization and content management deeply from the following aspects: content requirement, content management requirement and network dimension-force, and integrates learning organization and content management creatively. Thereby, the paper puts forward the content management theory oriented to the learning organization, resolves the technology supporting problems of learning organization. At the same time, this paper also answers the question that how content management makes content play the maximal efficacy.Under the guidance of the content management theory facing the learning organization, in order to structure the corresponding information system, this paper analyzes the need of this content management system firstly. Then, on the basis of the idea of componentware, the paper designs this system. Finally, the paper carries out the primary realization of this system by adopting J2EE, and analyzes the application effect of this system by a concrete case, which finishes the whole process from the theory construction to the system implement.This research makes a useful attempt for the development of the learning organization theory and the content management theory. And the content management system oriented to the learning organization has some practical value.
