With the development of digital technology, Cultural industries are transferring and integrating to the digital content industry. At the same time, the information technology and information infrastructure are getting more and more mature, content services is getting more and more information industry's attentions. The enhancing status of information content and digitization of cultural industries stimulate two industries' integration, which means the growth of the content industry.Related research about the content industry is still relatively limited currently: they mostly focused on the concept or the importance of the content industry and so on. How did the content industry to develop, the Web search, Comprehensive site, television syndicate organizations in the real market have been given specific answers - platform management of content. Although the content management platform has introduced in commercial areas, related research is rarely.Based on the circulation of Content industry, this article analyze that the content management platform can promote the development of content industries by increasing content distribution efficiency and reducing traditional media channels' restrictions to the manufacture.More importantly, this article quoted models of Intermediation Theory of Firm and related economics fields to reveal that the content management platform can effectively reduce transaction costs the of content by reducing search costs, control of opportunism and adverse selection, reducing monitoring costs. Then we analyzed that the monopoly content management platform would not lead to the market efficiency loss, but it is not the Pareto optimal of content trading market.Finally we discussed the integration of content management platform, and have drawn the following conclusions: Firstly, the vertical integration of Content management platform depends on the related content industries' nature and the chain structure of the industry; Secondly, competition in content management will promote the competitive. Lastly, the condition that content trade market achieve Pareto optimality is that the content's price when content management platform get the max revenue is not higher than the Walrus price.
