Management Experiment is a process of examining, comparing and improving management theory or providing basis for managers making decisions. It studies how to deal with a phenomenon or problem in a controllable experiment environment, by controlling the experiment condition, observing behavior of experimental participants and analyzing the experiment result. It affords great value to academic research in science of management and practice of enterprise management.Academic research and experimental analysis are included in this dissertation.In academic research, firstly, according to the concept and characters of experiment, the definition and essence of magagement experiment are defined. Secondly, this dissertation summarizes the research content, methods and basic steps of magagement experiment. Then supposes about humanity and China culture tradition are proposed. Thirdly, the author compares magagement experiment and economic experiment from their definition, essence, research perspective, reference and analytical tools. Here similarity-extension modeling method is expatiated.In experimental analysis, an example of Cournot Oligopoly management experiment is designed. Based on Cournot Oligopoly experiment, the dissertation establishes a model of Cournot Oligopoly management experiment with similarity-extension modeling method. At the same time, four fuzzy management factors are added, which including risk partiality, emotion, affection and personality. Method of Market Quiz in psychology and science of behavior are used in quantitative analysis of four factors. Finally an experiment system that simulating management process of Cournot Oligopoly is built.This dissertation is part achievements of two projects "Modeling Method and Tactics of Management Experiment Based on Theory of Similarity and Extension Logic", which is supported by China National Natural Science Funds(No.70671029), and "Non-Structure and Dynamic Modeling Method and Experiment Tactics of Network Management Experiments", which is supported by Guangdong Province Natural Science Founds(No.5001798).
