In the21st century,"talent" is the essence of the competitiveness of hotel, but atpresent the hotel industry is facing the severe pressure of "talent shortage","how toget talent, retain talent" is the imminent problem of hotel. So the study about howhotel industries to obtain and retain talent is particularly important and very urgent.on the basis of related literature at home and abroad, this study summarizes thetheoretical basis about perceived supervisor support (PPS), influencing factors,measuring tools, summarizes the theoretical basis of intern job satisfaction, influencefactors, measurement tools, summarizes the related theories of managementexperiment,definition, classification, characteristics, influencing factors, summarizedthe formation mechanism between PPS and employee job satisfaction; Builting hotelinternship’s PSS questionnaires on the basis of perceived organizational support(POS) questionnaire, finally five support dimensions(the support of workenvironment, work motivation, work itself, work and learning support, livingconditions support) are obtained by factor analysis; taking six dimensions fromSpctor’s job satisfaction measurement scale (JSS), and draws six satisfactiondimensions (work itself satisfaction, pay satisfaction, colleague satisfaction,management satisfaction, reward satisfaction, promotion satisfaction) by factoranalysis. on the base of above theory,relations, dimonsions of interns’ PSS and jobsatisfaction,this study proposes the model and research hypothesis between PSS andjob satisfaction of intern in hotel.By management experimental research methods, through questionnaires ofinterns’ PSS and job satisfaction in hotel to collect experimental data, usingcorrelation analysis, factor analysis, variance analysis, independent samples T test,paired sample T test, regression analysis and other methods this paper comes to theconclusion as follows:(1) there was no significant regulating effect of the hotel interns perceivedpower distance on between supervisor support and job satisfaction relationship; therewere no significant differences between different hotel interns’ job satisfaction under different power distances(large, small);(2) there was no significant regulating effect of hotel interns’ gender on betweenperceived supervisor support and job satisfaction; there was no significantdifferences between males and females’ job satisfaction;(3) there was significant effect of perceived supervisor support of hotelinterns on interns’ job satisfaction;(4) there was positive influence of hotel interns perceived work environmentsupport on interns’managers satisfaction; but there was no positive influence oninterns’colleague satisfaction;(5) there was positive influence of hotel interns perceived incentive supporton interns’ job reward satisfaction, reward satisfaction, promotion satisfaction;(6) there was positive influence of hotel interns perceived work itself supporton interns’ work itself satisfaction, pay satisfaction, management satisfaction,promotion satisfaction;(7) and interns perceived learning support had no significant effect on anydimensions of job satisfaction;(8) there was positive influence of hotel interns perceive life support oninterns’ manager satisfaction, job itself satisfaction, reward satisfaction.on the basis of the research conclusion, this paper proposes the followingsuggestions:the hotel should be fully aware of the importance of supporvisorsupport on improving the intern job satisfaction, taking measures, such as cancellingforeman or strengthening the responsibility consciousness of supervisors to internsthrough job responsibility, to impel supervisors discarding bad "hierarchical" intraditional management style. Supervisors can support behavior from five aspects:the work environment support, work motivation support, work itself support, workand learning support support, living conditions support.
