This thesis, from the perspective of organization and its evolution, research the New Socialist Village and its construction regularities, based on the demonstration of the most important core value of socialism within the system of core values of socialism is the constant pursuit of freedom. And the intention is revealing the essence of New Socialist Village and the guiding ideology of New Socialist Village and the essence and the way of its "new" and its changes in the law , after that,which hope to provide some references to building the New Socialist Village. And the theoretical base and research methods are, with the guidance of the Marxism, the Dialectical Materialism and the Historical Materialism, primarily utilizing the Logical positivism and the Theory of Institution Changes and the Organization Theory to analyze the core values of Socialism, the Village and its evolution, the New Socialist Village and its construction.
