How to learn the successful experiences from developed countries in agriculture and rural development and find a suitable new path for China's agriculture and rural development is an urgent need to address the major issues.China's overall economic and social development has been promoting access to the agricultural, rural town with the new stage. At this stage, only the coordinating urban, rural economic and social development strategy, speed up the building of "production development, well-off life, civilized for rural residents, the village capacity clean, democratic management of a new socialist countryside, as we can achieve a comprehensive well-off society and modern power the grand goal of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
