The Research Of Quality Management Continuous Improvement In The LS Company

As global competition becomes more fierce,quality has become an eternal topic for an enterprise's survival and development.Since China joined the WTO,automobile and parts manufactures also regard product quality as "Gold key ".Especially in the face of the trend of global purchasing,the part manufactures must do their best in quality and strive to find their own living space.Based on the TS16949 quality management theory,and the quality management principles and five tools presented in the TS16949 handbook,This paper studies the case of the increased rate of unqualified products happening in the LS company,causing the number of customer complaint increase and the customer satisfaction decline,etc. The paper gives further analyses on the enterprise's actuality of quality management system,and the main reason for the increased rate of disqualification,it brings the lack of quality management, such as outsourcing process,the quality awareness of staff,the validity of training,the methods of quality control,etc.Based on the actual conditions of enterprises,the paper brings forward concretely some countermeasure of enhancing employee diathesis and improving corporation quality system, such as management beforehand,afterwards and its producing process, especially special process and outsourcing process,and the financial evaluation means shall be developed so that the quality system can be improved and perfected continuously. Finally the paper also put forward more requirements on organization structure, management system and quality culture construction.The study is in the background of the LS company,I hope it will be useful for this company's quality management continuous improvement.However, the study of the paper is still limited,it needs some further steps in the future.
