Through the promoting of continuous improvement mechanism, set up the quality continuous improvement team,continuous and plans to carry out the quality group activities, solve the current problem. In order to better satisfy the business enterprise's strategic development goals, in the process of improvement quality management system, encourage full participation, Focus on optimizing the quality related KPI(Key Performance Indicator), and through the implementation of the related continuousimprovement tools to achieve KPI, so as to improve the company competitiveness and achieve the company's strategic development plan.
