Quality Management System is necessary to any food enterprise, at the beginning of the company established, the company will introduce ISO9000 quality management system, HACCP quality management system, of course,GMP is necessary, with the development of the company, according to some customer's requirements, and FSSC quality audit is necessary too. The quality management system audit, not only increase the company's image, improve customer satisfaction, and also can provide a trust in the process of economic exchanges, especially like Mc Cain, the multinational companies, can also break the trade barriers, promote cooperation between countries. Mc Cain company implement the quality management system in China is almost nine years of history, but still exist many problems, such as the gap of quality consciousness between different level staff, especially the underlying staff quality consciousness is weak, the same quality issues have not been solved, been repeated, supplier management is bad, each other complaint due to bad raw material, and so on. The existence of these problems led to the product cost increase, the efficiency is low, which affects the Mc Cann's enterprise competitiveness.Continuous improvement mechanism is constantly improve and perfect the existing process through some lean management tools, find the root cause of the problem and solve. In this paper, by analyzing the existing product quality management situation, find out problems and disadvantages of the current quality management system, In view of the existing problem of the quality management system, combined with the continuous improvement mechanism to identify the methods to solve these problems. Through the promoting of continuous improvement mechanism, set up the quality continuous improvement team,continuous and plans to carry out the quality group activities, solve the current problem. In order to better satisfy the business enterprise's strategic development goals, in the process of improvement quality management system, encourage full participation, Focus on optimizing the quality related KPI(Key Performance Indicator), and through the implementation of the related continuousimprovement tools to achieve KPI, so as to improve the company competitiveness and achieve the company's strategic development plan. In each KPI management also verify the effectiveness of quality management system after continuous improvement.Expectations through the continuous improvement of the quality management system to improve customer satisfaction and FTQ(First Test Qualified)rate, reduce customer complaints, reduce the loss caused by quality problems, so as to reduce cost, improve the efficiency of the company.Continuous improvement of quality management system and also can increase the pass rate of the audit, improve the brand image, enhance enterprise competition.
