Study On Evaluation Of Development Zone Land Use Efficiency

With the development of our country economy and the urbanization, the development zone which is the center of production element, the basic factors of industrial agglomeration has already become the important carrier and the extremely important growth in the region economy development. The development zone has lead the region economy development and enhanced its city and entire region synthesis competitive ability. The land with use efficiency of development zone is one of the fundamental resources to realizing fast and healthy development of development zone and its city. Along with the implementation of the new industrialization strategy, the construction of development zone also entered faster development phase, that the land of development zone is used effectively has vital role to promote economical development.In this passage, the academic analysis foundation is firstly developed for researching the connotation of development zone and land use efficiency. Secondly, the author constructed the development zone land use efficiency appraisal system and analyzed the characteristics and questions of Urumqi economic and technological development zone, and analyzed the condition of industry cluster and the relationship between the industry cluster of development zone and the land use and, which base on the land of Urumqi economic and technological development zone use actual situation. The paper selected 13 indexes from ecomonic, social and ecological indexes to appraise with Entropy to calculate weight, It evaluated land utilization beneficial result of the Urumqi economic and technological development zone and other five development zone in Economic Belt on the Northern Slope of the Tianshan Mountains by using the relative mathematic models such as FUZZY, and presented some measures in order to promote the development zone land use efficiency.
