The Empiric Research On The Effected Factors Of Urbanism In Rural Area In Xinjiang

Urbanization is the symbol of social modernization, the development of social productive forces causes the cities'quantity increase, the scale expansion, the population to the cities centralism, the city civilization and the culture which unceasingly transforms to the peripheral locality proliferation as well as the structure of region industrial promotes. This process is the result which social economy develops the certain stage. In this process, the urbanization in rural area is a transitional stage of urbanization, it is a effective way to realize the city and countryside fusion. Therefore, the study of urbanism in rural area has the higher social value and the theory significance. Urbanism in rural area involves economy, society, politics, culture and so on , it is a synthesis and complex process. At present, the level of urbanism in rural area in Xinjiang is lower than the national average level. This paper is for discovering the primary factors of influencing urbanism in rural area in Xinjiang, in order to put forward the proposal. This study chooses urbanism in rural area as the main topic which conducts theoretical and empirical study. This paper has five parts:Chapter one introduces the background and meaning, recapitulates the content and frame, it plays a captain role in the whole study. Chapter two limited the correlation concepts, explained urbanization rule as well as the practical significance of urbanism in rural area. Chapter three reviews to urbanism of Xinjiang, and analyzed conditions as well as exists question, it has built the foundation for the behind further empiric research. Chapter four is the part of empiric research, it takes Xinjiang 68 counties (including 6 automomous counties) as the research object, we use the spss11.5, through the factor analysis, correlation analysis and gathers analysis, which for the purpose of finding the main affects of urbanism in rural area as well as the reasons which the level of urbanism in rural area is different in difference areas in Xinjiang. Chapter five is the suggestion part, it draws the correlation conclusion through the above empiric research, it puts forward the corresponding policy proposal for advancing urbanism in rural area in Xinjiang.We know that through above anaysis, urbanism in rural area is affected by complicated reasons, the essence difference of urbanism in rural area is the difference of regions economy development. In this process, the level of agricultural development which is the level of agricultural productive forces is the primitive power of urbanism in rural area, the second industrial development is its basic power, the tertiary industry development is its following power, simultaneously, human quality as well as modern communication technology application also influence the development of urbanism in rural area . Therefore, the urbanism in rural area must take the farmer as a main body, adopts acts as circumstances permit with the sustainable development principle, advancing the process of urbanism in rural area by this foundation.
