Research On The Types Of Rural Development In Depressed Area Of Southwest China And Its Rural Evaluation

Under the background of further development of globalization and rapid urbanization,China's urban and rural areas change rapidly,which lead to the rural area "the village" changes obviously,traditional rural decline and decline,while rural restructuring also accelerated,therefore,the research of urban and rural spatial difference and its transformation has become an important field of geography research.Restricted by historical reasons,geographical conditions and ecological environment factors in Southwest China,large area distribution concentrated poverty-stricken areas,economic development and social progress is blocked,the comprehensive construction of a well-off society is slow,therefore,rural development and transformation is a realistic problem in southwest facing the major problem in the region is on schedule to achieve a comprehensive well-off society to be solved.This paper takes 201 counties in Southwest China as the object of study,based on the 2012 National Poverty Alleviation Office issued 592 national poverty counties.Taking county area as the basic unit of study,this paper divides the development of industrial structure with the leading industry,and divides the types of rural development.And on this basis,combined with relevant research results,considering the urban and rural integration,by means of ArcGIS,SPSS,Geoda and EXCEL,the double level selection method to measure evaluation of County Rural Poverty Areas of Southwest China,so as to understand the features of rural development,rural spatial differences in poverty areas of Southwest China,and puts forward the direction of further development of all kinds of village.The main contents and conclusions are as follows.Firstly,according to the respective contribution rate of the three industries to the regional gdp,201 counties in the poor areas of Southwest China are divided into four types of rural development in this paper,namely,agriculture led,industrial led,business travel service and balanced development.Then we analyze the main problems of rural development in various types of rural development,agriculture oriented country by topography,soil suitability,limiting factors such as natural disasters,rural development should protect the existing cultivated land,due to scientific planning to promote agricultural science and technology,land use,promote agricultural production efficiency;industry dominated by industrial country the structure of aging,aging,single product structure of industrial technology content is not high,the management system behind the industry,small scale,valley gully barrier location conditions and other factors,therefore,our country should focus on promoting the process of refinement,intensive production,science and technology,establish a modern management system;rural travel service,is generally less developed minority areas,limited by location and traffic conditions and other factors,comprehensive and rapid development of tourism industry,the region should be added Strong transportation infrastructure construction,relying on the existing mature scenic resources to create a variety of tourist routes,at the same time,mining ethnic tourism resources,enhance the customs of rural tourism culture,promote the development of global tourism;the balanced development of rural type,industrial development level is low,the traditional industrial structure and market instability,should strengthen the industrial upgrading,and vigorously the development of characteristic agriculture industry and the two or three industry.Sencondly,we establish the Rurality Index(RI)model for quantitative analysis of the strength of the county rural poverty areas of Southwest China,and use natural fracture ArcGIS classification method,including weak,weak rural village and village and village of strong medium and strong country,according to the classification results of classification map,drawing strength of rural spatial distribution hot chart,trend surface three-dimensional perspective.The results show that the rural poor areas of Southwest index(RI)value was 0.265,and the village in the middle of the village level;county rural space in the north-south direction in the inverted U type,Yongsheng County-Zhenfeng County,Puding County,Sanjiang County as the boundary line,high middle,low on both sides,East and West to Guanling County Congjiang County,Xundian County,Yongsheng County as the interface decreases the strength of the rural characteristics;differences of provincial and provincial domain within the scope of the larger.Last but not least,due to the differences in the regional economic and social development and natural conditions in the southwest poor areas,the County Rural rural development types also have obvious difference,according to the country difference,we analyze its development and put forward the prominent obstacles facing the country,further optimize the development direction of the recommendations.agriculture led,should strengthen the development of modern agriculture,at the same time retain part of traditional agricultural production and operation,to meet the diverse needs of the market;industrial led,should strengthen the intensive and moderate industrial cluster development,and increase efforts to protect the environment,the development of green industry,promote regional sustainable development;business services and balanced development,should be guided by the market,mining resources to highlight the characteristics of industry,and constantly improve the conditions of regional infrastructure,improve tourism services and the three integration and coordinated development level.
