Research On Growth Patterns Of High-tech Enterprises

Nowadays, people have been stepping into a world filled with information, knowledge and technology. High-tech's great development not only brings the growth of high-tech enterprises, but also impacts economy of their countries extraordinarily. Many high-tech enterprises sustain technology innovation after their generation, manufacture high-tech production and supply high-tech service, which highly advance their countries and even world economy's development. By now , a high-tech enterprise's competitive strength decides, to a great degree, the comprehensive national strength of its country, and pushes forward high-tech enterprises' growth, which cannot be neglected for any country. Therefore, it is meaningful to research on the growth patterns of high-tech enterprises.As a new type of enterprises, high-tech enterprises grow up following the general rule, meanwhile, their growth process take on specialty because of their characteristics. This article uses the method of theory study accompanied with case study, teasing and commenting on the growth mechanism and growing way of high-tech enterprises. The article also narrates the meaning and designing principle of the growth patterns focusing on effects and efficiency, as well as principle of value accompaniment and match, so as to discover the forming and differentiating norm of the growth patterns. Furthermore, the article probes into the growth pattern's changing caused by the varying of different strategy frame members, finds three growth patterns of high-tech enterprises stepping from the inner influencing factors, and makes some relevant case analyses. Finally, this article establishes the index systems to measure the growth of the high-tech enterprises.
