Research On Growth Pattern And Core Competitivenss Of High-Tech Firms In Shijiazhuang

In the basis inquiring into fundamental information of Shijiazhuang city high-tech firms and to assemble and arrange the information, this article first analyzes affects its growth and the development factor, thought the Shijiazhuang city high-tech firms carries on the management operation the main actuation factor mainly is may transform technology; the starts main body mainly by the privately operated small and medium-sized enterprise primarily; commands troops the character to belong to technical personnel; they are involved in competition in the market by purchasing or developing technology with their capital, and transforming into manufacture; capital mainly originates from accumulation of private capital; their technological line is from technology to manufacture to trade; the relationship between government agencies and enterprises is not so close; their innovation model is imitation and self-manufacture innovation.Around factors of core competitiveness, this paper constructs an evaluation index system consisting of 5 second-grade indexes and 11 third-grade indexes. Empirical analysis is conducted by means of dominant factors analysis approach, then the rank table of core competitiveness of private enterprises in Shijiazhuang. Combined four dominant factors analysis with enterprises'abilities at three levels, this paper produces step structures and characteristics of various steps.In the light of their growth paths and analysis of core competitiveness, this analyzes advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats that privately run technological enterprises confront. Further to this, this paper comes up with the following countermeasures. The first one is to take full advantage of integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei; the second one is to reinforce internal management; the third one is to create better environment for development; the fourth is to build and and cultivate a host of entrepreneurs; the fifth is to foster innovation ability of privately run technological enterprises and the sixth one is to better financing environment.Innovation points of this paper is:it discusses the factors affecting their growth and development, and comes up with their growth pattern; it conducts quantitative analysis of core competitiveness and produces rank table; and also it proposes principal components-level structure of core competitiveness of Shijiazhuang high-tech firms.
