| The competition among enterprises is actually the competition among talents. The aim of the enterprises will be achieved when the initiative, creativity and potentiality of employee are fully motivated, so it is important to optimize the motivation mechanism and it will make enterprises succeed.Compared with the motivation mechanism of USA and Japan, the actuality and problems of motivation mechanism in aerospace enterprises were introduced, and some popular theories of motivation were offered. With the aid of the Masco Hierarchy of Needs Theory, the random sampling investigation was made with the form of testing paper regarding the Job Position Contentment Degree and practical Demand Levels amidst the employee in aerospace enterprises. Based on these investigations, an integrated activating model for employee activation was built and analyzed. In the end, the motivation mechanism of aerospace enterprises is designed and some suggestions are proposed on how to optimize and improve motivation mechanism of talent.To different demands of employees, some effective methods of motivation mechanism were given in this paper. These methods have instructive effect and strong application on prompting potentials and inspiring passion of employees. By the way, these methods are also useful to those similar enterprises for building motivation mechanism of talent. |
