Talents especially the core issue motivation in hi-tech enterprises is becoming increasingly more important with the coming of intellectual economy, competition in the market, between the firms in the final analysis is a competition of talents, which has become the consensus of all enterprises. So study on how to attract and retain firm talents and application of appropriate and effective ways to inspire their potential for the development of the enterprise continued to play an active role that is of great significance.Talents in the hi-tech enterprises is a new-born work group with the emerge of intellectual economy, most of which posses a high academic qualifications and hi-tech skills, occupied the enterprise critical and important posts, therefore their personal qualities, psychological needs and behaviors have many unique features, if simply rely on the traditional way of motivation, obviously we can not fully applicable to their incentive, unable to achieve the purpose of attracting and retaining talents.Therefore selecting the key staffs in high-tech enterprises as the research subjects, exploring and researching for their special motivation mechanism, establishing and optimizing of attracting, motivating and retaining talents management mechanism, fully inspiring their intrinsic motivation and intellectual potential, not only has important theoretical value, but also has strong practical significance.This thesis starts from the definition of key staffs in high-tech enterprises, integrating the motivation theories domestic and overseas, which are the basis to analyze the status and problems in high-tech enterprises in China, in view of current problems this paper proposed a way to establish motivation mechanism and design the motivation scheme to incentive core talents in the high-tech enterprises. Lastly, this thesis analyzes some of the problem likely to occur when the motivation mechanism and the motivation scheme are implemented.
