The thirteen~thh five-year plan emphasizes on the reform of SOE(State-Owned Enterprises),which leads so many medias predict that it would cause a wide range of talent loss.Nowadays,under such a social environment,talent is the important competitiveness of a country,a region or an organization.The issues about the talent loss have also caused a lot of attention of scholars.This article bases on the PSM model(Public Service Motivation)by Perry,analyzes and discusses on the problem of the talent loss from the perspective of the individuals.We mainly talk about whether the employees'PSM and the P—O fit(Person-Organization fit)will affect the behavior of talent loss?And how it is affected?The article establishes the hypothetical model based on the theoretical analysis about PSM,P—O fit,and work Pressure,who greatly influence on the Talent Loss.The research mainly validates the hypothetical model collecting data from 191 full-time employees in SAIC MOTOR.The results prove that:PSM has a significant negative impact on the Talent Loss,and P—O fit plays an intermediary role in this effect relationships;the work Pressure makes a weakening effect on the relationship between PSM and P—O fit,but it also makes a strengthen effect on the relationship between PSM and job performance,which is one of the dimension in Talent Loss.Employees of different ages feel totally different about whether they fit the organization,they also perform differently on the tendency of Talent Loss.The retired and rehired employees have the highest P—O fit feeling and the lowest Talent Loss tendency,while the employees age from 31 to 40 have the highest Talent Loss tendency.
