As the agricultural high and new science and technology agricultural "dragon head" enterprise, which is opened up and developed early, BX Group plays an important, active and promoting role in the developing of Human's agricultural industry and the steady uprising of human's agricultural economy . As this thesis takes theoretic and practical research into motivation mechanism in connection with BX Group's core talented person, it is extensively representative and significant.On the base of massively reading works and articles related to agricultural high technology enterprises' staff management and core talented person motivation ,and referring to massive domestic and foreign literature, this thesis does theoretical research and practical design at the following aspects aiming at the talented person motivation mechanism:Firstly this thesis introduces current understanding regarding to core talented person in the eye of domestic and foreign scholars and enterprise managers, on the foundation of that, goes on with the limiting of core talented person's implication, analyzed the theoretical dividing of core talented persons by enterprises, then discusses the vital significance and effect of making research in core talented person's motivation in modern enterprises.Secondly, this thesis makes practical research on the current situation of BX Group core talented person motivation mechanism then analyses it , inquires into demands of core talented persons and the motivation factors they attach importance to ,describes a motivation model based on the contribution and interest sharing theory; advances three humanization innovational theories on BX Group's core talented person motivation mechanism, lays emphasizes on the non-economic motivation's necessity regarding to the realization of core talented person's high level demands and contribution, thus lays the foundation for consummating motivation mechanism for core talented persons in agricultural high and new technology enterprises.Finally, this thesis further explores the best motivation combination theoretical model using effect analyze method; on the basis of discussing separately demand features of three types of core talented persons in BX Group, namely, high and middle level managers, specialized technical personnel, marketing talented persons, studying and developing personnel puts forward with consummate plans on the best motivation combination related to the four types of core talented persons; And draw a conclusion that the motivation aiming at high-tech enterprise's core talented persons should take economic motivation as the foundation, and non-economic motivation should be developed with the gradations distinct and the focal points standing out according to core talented person's demand features.
