A Study About Go-Global Strategy Of Guangxi

Go-global strategy is one of the important strategies in Chinese new century's economic development. It is a vigorous measure which has been adopted by China during the new opening up period, when China faces the challenge which is being brought by economic globalization and makes full use of two sources and two markets. Go-global, which is studied in this paper, means direct foreign investment. It treats the international and domestic background which China adopts Go-global strategy as research beginning, takes the theory of developed country direct investment, the theory of developing country direct investment and other domestic scholar's research as basis, by analyzing present situation and features appeared in carrying out Go-global strategy to clarify that at present Guangxi is situated in primary foreign investment stage. We should choose the correct direction and pick up speed to practice Go-global strategy. The paper also discussed necessity and feasibility on practicing "Go-global" strategy in Guangxi. It focuses on series problems about present strategy practicing. Aiming at the lack of comprehensive unified plan , the paper takes comparative advantage as zone bit and industrial chosen evidence of Guanxi foreign investing to analyze zone bit and industrial choices of Guangxi's Go-global strategy practicing period . And then it put forward Go-global idea, which from macroscopic aspect to enhance government guidance, to set up and consummate social service system and from microcosmic aspect to let individual and private enterprises as the investment subject.
