| The implementation of "Go Global" strategy suggested by our government is an important strategic decision-making, which aimed at leading countries to encourage Chinese enterprises to foreign direct investment. China's accession to the WTO and the further deepening of reform and opening up make the international and domestic enterprises face increasingly fierce competition, which shows that if Chinese enterprises want to survive and develop, they must scramble for living space in international competition. The enterprises' position in the international competition depends primarily on the competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, people actively discuss how to improve the competitiveness of Chinese enterprises. At the same time, the essence of the implementation of "Go Global" strategy and the development of China's own "Go Global" enterprises is to foster the competitiveness of enterprises and enhance the ability to compete with their foreign counterparts abroad.Although Guangxi is the later of Chinese enterprises' "Go Global", with the opening up and development of the Guangxi Beibu Bay Economic Zone is approval of national development strategies, Guangxi enterprises has great competitiveness advantage of "Go Global".It is can be revealed from the inherent relationship between the competitiveness and "Go Global". This article tries to do some positioning and guidance toward Guangxi's "Go Global" corporate, using some the theory of the competitiveness. It recommends that the key of improving Guangxi "Go Global" enterprises' international competitiveness is to cultivate and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. And then it gives specific implementation methods and proposes.Firstly, this paper gives the analysis of the situation, characteristics and trends of Guangxi enterprises' "Go Global" and the successful Guangxi "Go Global" enterprise -Liugong,Secondly, this thesis do the empirical research about the competitiveness of Guangxi "Go Global" enterprises, combining the theory of the competitiveness. It discusses SWOT and designs the strategy of Guangxi enterprises "Go Global" from the angle of competitiveness.Lastly, the study gives the conclusions of Guangxi enterprises "Go Global" from the strategic forecast based the competitiveness. It attempts to find the appropriate road to Guangxi enterprises' "Go Global", and seek appropriate strategies to further enhance their competitiveness, as well as solve the corresponding social problems. |
