Consumers are the real masters of market economy and the ultimate decisive power of competition. They are not only the master of the market, but also the headspring transfusing the new capital power to the enterprise. Consumption Capitalization theory raises the consumers from the end of the commodity's chain to the leading end by the identify of investors. At the same time, consumers' consumption is changed into a kind of investing, which eliminates the contradiction between consumers and producers, and makes consumers and investors combine together. Therefore the process of consumption changing intocapital is completed.This article takes the Consumption Capitalization theory and the strategicmanagement theory as platform, introduces the domestic and foreign practice situation of Consumption Capitalization theory , analyzes the theory and realistic foundation in practicing Consumption Capitalization theory, and then infer Consumption Capitalization theory management model in ahead foundation and using the Consumption Capitalization theory,the commercial ecology theory and the customer relations theory, at last, elaborates main strategy and the strategic step of Consumption Capitalization Strategy as well as the safeguard measure of implementation Consumption Capitalization Strategy.
