Commerce economy is the important component of national economy. With the business enterprise having changed from the labor intensively type to the technique intensively type, the industry of merchandise circulate is faced the innovation of operating management thought and means. Therefore, the science modern management with based on true data foundation, will make the business enterprise to an important role in the market competition. In this text, the author defines the business structure and organization consultation system with based on the GE matrix, the BCG matrix, and DEA method, according to the business enterprise s characteristic and problems in business and organization. The author want to solve the evaluation problems of business and organization, with fixed the calculation methods and experience analysis methods. The computer applicant procedure of those methods will be designed. It also will be the foundation to achieve the computer assistant consultation analysis about the business enterprise.The thesis includes these contents:(1) Firstly, the author analyzes the business enterprise s characteristic and problems in business and organization, and summary the regulation of the aspect in business characteristic and organization. Then, she builds up the calculation model of business structure, which based on the GE matrix and BCG matrix according to the practical need of business problem. Also through the example of the kind of teach assist books in a Nanning bookstore, she draw the GE matrix and BCG matrix based on the bookstore data, and produce the consult projects about the business structure. Lastly, the author builds up the consulting model of business organization, based on the DEA method and value engineering. And through the example of Guangxi supermarket departments, the author analyzes the organization efficiency according the operating results of the DEA-Excel compute procedure.(2) The achievement of the thesis includes the business structure and organization evaluation models through absorbing the related theories. Those models have much advantage, such as the overall index system, the extensive evaluation scope, the simple operating process, and so on. At the same time, because of many methods, for example value engineering and misty mathematics etc, it is possible to evaluate the business enterprise through the computer assistant analysis, and to provide the basis to develop the related software.(3) The author provides business managers a clear way of thinking through the business consultation system, when the business managers face the complicate circumstance. The business consultation system is fixed the consultant functions including business structure and organization, used the methods such as AHP, DEA etc. Business managers can adopt relate management strategy after they analyze the model data. At the same time, the author uses the computer to assist the evaluation, and make the first step to develop the comprehensive type system of management consultation in the future.The main structure of the thesis is: the first part introduces the present condition of our country business enterprise, and the importance to consult the business structure and organization; the second part arguer the necessity and possibilities of research about the business structure and organization. And explain the structure of the business consultation system; the third part introduces the establishment steps and the thinking way about the business structure consultation system; the fourth part introduces the establishment steps and the thinking way about the business organization consultation system; the forth part is the summary and prospect of the research.
