This paper first introduces the concept and the characteristics of risk, as well as the classification method. The concept of project, engineering investment project, and the meaning and nature of engineering investment project risk are elaborated. Then the research flow of the risk of engineering project is discussed. Next, the engineering investment project risk evaluation index system is constructed, based on the analysis of the risk factors of engineering project. The risk factors are divided into four kinds: manager risk, market risk, financial risk and environment risk. Based on the four kinds of risk factors, engineering project risk evaluation index system is built. And then risk evaluation model for engineering project is analyzed. Risk measure mechanism is introduced and risk evaluation model are brought out, which is based on multi-level fuzzy synthesis evaluation. Then a wind power generation project of TW Group is taken to prove the method of this paper. Finally, it is the conclusions and the forward research of this paper. |
