This paper expounds the basic idea and the characteristic of power market and power marketing, the basic intension and characteristic of customer relationship management and its important effect to the power enterprise on the base of the common principle of power marketing and customer relationship management theory. Made the indexes such as the economy effect, the enterprise marketing consciousness and the customer service satisfaction degree etc. as the main body, then set up the marketing effect comprehensive evaluation index system by the way of reading literature and investigating practically combined, and then set up the entropy evaluation model. This paper investigated the data according to the index system aimed at the fact of Xing Tai power supply enterprise, then carried out the comprehensive evaluation to the marketing effect of Xing Tai power supply enterprise customer service center using the entropy evaluation model. Finally bring forward the idea and suggestion combined the practice of developing power marketing in Xing Tai power supply enterprise.
