China’s market-oriented reforms to the power supply enterprises have put forward a number of problems, especially in the field of marketing, which is facing more severe challenges. How to actively organize the marketing system,the implementation of flexible and effective marketing strategies and service security system, and strive to open up the electricity market, tap the potential to expand the market share of power companies in the region, has become an urgent problem to solve for the power supply companies.How to use the modern information technology, computer technology and network advantages, effectively integrate the power enterprise’s resources and build a new customer relationship management system, in order to improve the customer service needs of the reaction rate, so that the customer, competition,brand and other factors can coordinate and realize the overall optimization, is the new issue for power supply enterprise customer relationship management.In this paper, the concept of customer relationship management is introduced into the electric power marketing, and the marketing strategy of power marketing based on customer relationship management is studied in this paper.Firstly, the paper introduces the concept of electric power marketing, analyzes the characteristics of electric power products and power marketing, analyzes the marketing environment of the power market from three aspects: macro, micro and competitors, introduces the definition, characteristics and functions of customer relationship management, and points out two aspects: the implementation of the full range of service marketing and power enterprise CRM system. Finally, taking the Huludao power company as an example, through the analysis of Huludaopower company’s marketing strategy and the construction of the marketing system, the feasibility and effectiveness of the power marketing strategy based on customer relationship management is verified.
