The Deep Analysis Of The Rural Migrant Workers' Basic Pension Insurance

As our country began to take the policy of reform and opening-up, there is a new colony come into being which is now still becoming increasingly big in our cities,that is the so-called rural migrant workers. This special colony is one of the important powers to our country's economic constructions and really contribute a lot to our fast economic development. But because of some factors like the traditional rural and urban dualistic economic structure, most of the rural migrant workers did not come into the social insurance relations. Some workers who have had social insurance still couldn't receive perfect treatment. This actuality makes it clear that rural migrant workers' reasonable rights and interests are being neglecting and harming, which we should not let it continue any more.This thesis takes the maintenance of rural migrant workers' reasonable rights and interests as the subject. It analyses the adaptability of the present old-age insurance system to this colony based on an analysis of the rural migrant workers who are working in the city of Hangzhou which lies in comparatively developed east area of China .The author believe that to solve the problem of rural migrant workers' basic pension insurance ,there is no need to establish a totally new old-age insurance system, the reasonable way is just by perfecting existed system and bring this colony into the improved system finaly.Then the thesis make an deep analysis to the two major obstacles against this special colony come into this system.The author establishes the corresponding model to analyse the interest of two cities in the transference of the social insurance relations. Based on these analyses, the thesis develops a coordination system and proposes some principles and suggestions for the government to process the analogous problems.
