Theoretical Basis Of The Agricultural Circular Economy And Its Primary Application

Circular economy is a systematic project, which covers industry, agriculture,consumption and every field of social economy, is also an important way to realizesustainable development. China is a large agricultural country with more than 60% of therural population, agriculture is the foundation of national economy, rneanwhile there is aserious problem of "three rural" issue, to some extent, and the process of agriculturalmodernization determines the whole process of Chinese modernization. Therefore, ourdevelopment strategy of circular economy should focus on the field of agriculture, whichis an important way to achieve our goal of Chinese socialistic new country construction.The three current development models of agricultural circular economy include greatagriculture, ecological restoration and waste reuse. Since the connotation of agriculturalcircular economy put emphasis on recycling and reuse of agricultural waste, so thedevelopment model of agricultural circular economy in China should give priority to themodel of waste reuse. Among them, to develop the agricultural circular economy, one ofemphases should be put on vigorous developlnent of renewable energy resources andCOlnprehensive utilization of straw biologic mass-energy.Xinjiang is Chinese major cotton growing areas, which has rich resources of cottonstalks, providing the necessary foundation for the development of circular economy inXinjiang cotton-growing area. The high efficient use of Cotton Stalks should not only beof great significance in the development of Xinjiang's agricultural circular economy andbuilding a conservation society, but also increase farmers' income of cotton-growing areas,and promote the harmonious and sustainable developlnent of regional economy. Throughcomprehensive analysis of the domestic and overseas using status of cotton stalks, thearticle summarizes three main development directions, the industrial, agricultural, animalhusbandry, and the use of energy. On the basis of summing-up, we advance the theoreticalrecycling model of cotton stalks. As the current using model of Cotton Stalks in Xinjiangis mainly limited to the direct combustion and returning to field, both are also exist sometechnical and economic constraints and adverse environmental consequences, therefore,combining the theoretical recycling model of cotton stalks with the actual situation inXinjiang, and exploring for the appropriate recycling model of cotton stalks in Xinjiangare very necessary.
