| Agricultural Circular Economy(ACE)has been a new model of agricultural development in1990s, and it was aimed at solving increasingly severe agricultural environmental and resource shortage problems .Due to good economic, social and environmental benefits, Agricultural Circular Economy(ACE)has had a good economic development in the western developed countries. Currently , under the economic, environmental and resource pressures, Chinese agriculture is making great changes about transformation (from traditional style to modern one). Because the aim of the harmonious development of agricultural production and nature requires that we must vigorously develop Agricultural Circular Economy(ACE), it's strategic and meaningful of Huangchuan County ,a large agricultural County ,to optimize the industrial structure, transform the economic growth, foster new economic growth point, and achieve coordinated development between resources environment and economic society.Based on a clear purpose and meaningful topic, combined with Huangchuan County's current development situation of Agricultural Circular Economy(ACE), a large number of domestic and international economic literature on the Agricultural Circular Economy(ACE) and related cases were read in order to construct evaluation index system of circular economy development, and evaluate present economic situation of Agricultural Circular Economy(ACE), and then analyze the restricting factors of the current ACE's develop mode .On this basis, with the situation of Huangchuan County natural environment, resource endowment, economic conditions and quality of the population of the actual situation, the suitable Agricultural Circular Economy(ACE) development model constructed by regional, corporate and individual family has been improved and reconstructed by earning the current actual production process of running a successful economic model of agricultural cycles. Finally, putting forward relevant measures and suggestions. This article is divided into five chapters. Chapter One. Introduction. To introduces the background, purpose and significance of ideas, related literature review, research ideas, methods, possible innovations.Chapter Two Agricultural Circular Economy(ACE) development theory. Based on agriculture, to introduce the concept of circular economy of agriculture, features, circular economy, principles, levels, and the concept of circular economy of agriculture, location and model.Chapter Three. Current situation and problems of ACE development of Huangchuan County . on the basis of the current economic situation and ACE development of Huangchuan County, to built evaluation index system of circular economy, and do the barrier analysis, in order to get the level do quantitative status Analysis. From the analysis we can see that the low level of cultural qualities of farmers becomes the main reason of restricting healthy development of ACE. Currently ,the lack of science is the main problem that the current ACE mode of Huangchuan County is facing.Chapter Four Improvement and reconstruction of ACE development modle of Huangchuan County. According to the results of earlier quantitative analysis, reference in the summary of previous research results, and based on the current actual production process of successful agricultural operating mode of ACE. the Huangchuan county built four new operating modes: (1)ACE of Huangchuan County; (2) Duck - biogas - food (fish) mode; (3) "Pig - biogas - food (fish) " mode; (4) "Livestock - marsh - food (vegetables) - fish "mode. And the existing ACE mode of Huaying group had been reasonably rebuilt and improved and each model structure, functions and benefits were analyzed.Chapter Five. Suggestions and countermeasures of ACE of Huangchuan County. On behalf of the government, enterprises and individual farmers, to give some suggestions and countermeasures of ACE of Huangchuan County. for example, government should transform the strategies for economic development, strengthen the agricultural extension system construction and increase biogas construction; Enterprises need to enhance the awareness about quality of products, choose the reasonable agricultural cycle of economic model and strengthen the consciousness of the development on scientific and technology; Farmers should change their living habits and mode of producing, and make great efforts to promote their cultural literacy. |
