Career management theory is one of important contents in modern human resources management theories. Effective implementation of career management, will not only help individual achieve their career goals, the implementation is also beneficial to the successful realization of the organization goals. Career Management will introduce concepts to Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shanghai branch, especially for young scientists'career management is a new human resources management concept result from exploration, which is innovation and different from the former human resources management. This paper is divided into four parts, which is mainly about young scientists Career Management.The first chapter is introduction.This part is about the study of the background,the significance of major research and research framework. Meanwhile, The importance of the implementation of career management for the Institute is also involved. In the process of building an innovation-oriented country brings up the higher demand of technological innovation and technological person, Especially, with the three knowledge innovation project of The Chinese Academy of Sciences further developed, Institute of Human Resources has also sped up the flow and re-configuration. In a sense, Strengthening the young scientists Career Management Research is the need for the Institute sustainable development and the need for young scientists to their own development.The second chapter is Career management theory and practice.Firstly, Expounding the basic content on the career management. Career Management refers to the organization in accordance with its own development goals, combining staffs'abilities, interests,values and so on, Then determines a mutually acceptable career goals. Through training, job rotation, and rich work experience in a series of measures gradually achieve the career objectives of the process.Secondly, Introducing the main theories of career management. The representative theories in Career management field, including Schulz's human capital theory, Parson's career -- matching people on the Buddha-long's career motivation theory, Holland's vocational aptitude theory, gracious'career anchor theory which contains the meaning of vocational anchor,the types of vocational and anchor role. In addition, This paper succinctly introduce the Chinese scholars'view in the field of career management.Finally, Introducing the practice about young scientists career management in the United States, Germany, and Japan's scientific research institutions, So we can better carry out our young scientists Career Management for reference.The third chapter is about young scientists Career Management Analysis and study at present. Firstly, A succinct introduction of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shanghai branch, and the major fields of study.Secondly, Analyzing the young scientific and technological talents career development status through the large amounts of data compared with, especially for different age groups in the educational structure, different degree of professional and different technical positions compared analysis reveals the problems of young scientists career development.Then take the form of survey papers aiming at the young technology talents.
