Youth is the design and formative stage of career.For young workers,building a successful career is based on a correct evaluation to themselves,during the process,youngsters should adjust and correct career goals timely with the help of their enterprises to cultivate the love to their career and to fulfill their dreams.According to the current statistics,although HF company have already built some career models,there are still some problems in the career management of the company,and it lacks the management for different age groups of its worker's career,especially in the aspect of young workers.Because youngsters are the core drive of an enterprise to maintain its sustainable development and fulfill its tactic goals,it is particularly important for the company to carry on the career management.Optimizing career management of young workers can provide some theoretical support and reliable solutions for young workers of an enterprise to fulfill their dreams.After summarizing some domestic and foreign related research I found that these studies for staff career management did made some certain achievement,but they lack professional research for youngsters.This paper could enrich the research for young worker career to some extent.At the same time,some of the conclusions of this paper could offer the decision-makers and the HR managers of HF company some theoretical support to make tactic decisions,meanwhile other enterprises could draw some lessons from the experience of the HF company.Firstly this paper describes the background,purpose and significance of this research,research methods,ideas,structure of the paper and background of domestic and foreign related research.Secondly it defines some relevant concepts.Following this,the paper analyzes the current situation of youth workers' career management in HF company.The fourth is to find out the problems in the career management of the youth workers of HF company through the questionnaire survey,and analyze the causes.By combining these related concepts and theories,this paper work propose that the method of HF company to optimize career management of young staff are finding an innovative training mode for young workers,establishing suitable incentives for young staff and guiding the individual self-management of young staff's career.The fifth part is establishing some better safeguard measure for youth workers' career management in HF company.Finally,the paper summarizes the whole text and looks forward to future research.
