It specially introduces to the umbrella type and multinational bank mode which the current our country draw lessons from it to supervision of banking risk across districts. And it indicates that improving banking supervision is necessary and moderate.Chapter Two researches the actual background, status and risk types of banking business spanning districts in Yangtze River delta. For the unification of Yangtze River delta economy in front and back of the bank business makes contrast analysis. The thesis analyzes to the present condition from the business liberalism, coordination mechanism, manage organization and loan. It induces four greatly new risk types-- excess number of credit, information dissymmetry, standard imperfection and laws difference.
