Research On New Pattern Of Industrialization In China Developed Rural Area

Based on the analysis of the current situation of industrial development in Changshu Zhitang Town, this article analyses the feasible way of China's rural developed regions to take a late-model industrialization. It leads to several conclusions as follow:First, It's the only way to take a late-model industrialization road for rural areas to realize modernization under a market economic system. In China's traditional areas, where there is mainly fertile field with vast expanse of land and huge population, the basic condition for heavy chemical industrial development is inadequate, and there has been a conflict to a certain extent between the stability of traditional industrial development and rural customs and environment. Only by developing low-pollution, well-prospect, and high-output new-model industries, and make full use of IT achievements, the Internet and developed multi-media to contact and communicate with outside world and overcome the disadvantages in rural areas traffic, it's possible to walk faster on industrialization process and therefore become a booster of urbanization and modernization in developed rural areas.Second, the definition of a appropriate industry direction is a shortcut to urge a new-model industrialization under the background of economic globalization. Due to different areas have different advantages and characteristic, we can not simply imitate a single model to carry out the process of industrialization. Yiwu small commodity market has not only been driving peripheral light processing industries, and also attracted global attention. Depends on continuous attracting foreign capital, Kunshan established the most intensive Taiwan-funded industrial areas and electronic industrial base at its surrounding towns. Shanghai has developed its heavy industries and high-end information, services and auto industries, as to follow, there also has developed corresponding supporting industries in surrounding counties. Changshu Zhitang takes its own advantages, with non-woven as the leading role, food and textile industries have taken initial shape, and all these shaping a new-model industrialization. In fact, in the context of globalization, the industrial category is various among rural regions. As long as to give full play to local advantages and form local supporting policy, it's adequate for rural areas to take solid step in future industrialization.Third, in the context of regional competition, the choice of public policy decides the speed of rural industrialization. Township is a small regional/geographical unit, only can show its local advantages in the region as a whole, and its surrounding towns are also affording general advantages in location and traffic, so in the development of new-model industry, public policy choice is more subjective and initiative and plays a decisive role in forming leading industries and attracting foreign investment. A township chooses one to two key industries develop direction and persevere in nurture of the allocation of resources, plot and environmental indicator, and policy support, after a period of time there will inevitably create a more powerful centralized industry and so as to facilitate local rural development.
