Process Measurement Research Based On Garment CAD/PDM/ERP Integrity Technology

In 21st century, politics, economy and technology of the world have had unprecedented huge change: Having vicissitude the past agricultural time, industry time to the information time. Information technology has made comprehensive and profound influences on competition environment, development pattern and active space etc., which proposed to garment industry of our country a new challenge, also provided advantage and opportunity for realizing the development of garment industry of China.Through desk research and practice experience, the author separately outlined related concept, present and future development of CAD/PDM/ERP, garment business process and measurement theory these three aspects. In order to achieve measurable evaluation, measurement model is established by literature research, enterprise practice, and depth interview as well as balanced score card establishment because information has sinked into all aspects of the manufacture industry.The paper utilized the balanced score card which is founded under the information integration environment, refining from four aspects of the information integration system. They are finance, customer, learning and development, and internal business process. It especifically explained the calculation method and implementation step to propose the standard of scores. According to the above method of numunic value and proportion, carring on the quantification, finally obtains the synthesis appraisal index to appraise the enterprise information application situation.According to the balanced score card model, appling with AHP as major analical tool to evaluation present situation, case analisis, and relative strategy of Yingcheng Garment Co. It is obvious that the information integretation model can depict enterprises performance from finance, costomer, internal business process, and learning & development four aspects, so as to discover the problem should be paid attention to and provide reliable basis for the management strategy fo the enterprise.Because of the similarity of different systems, the established measurement will not only be suitable for this system, also be useful for the other system of the same enterprises. Meanwhile, since the performance measurement system of Yongor is also similar to the others of garment enterprises, this one will also be a valid one.
