The Multi-Level Analysis Of Integrated Management Of Virtual Enterprise

After the entry into the era of knowledge economy, the Rapid Reaction Strategy has become an important enterprise strategy. Enterprises are organizing and operating in a flexible and dynamic way. A number of new forms of business organization, such as strategic alliance, the project team and virtual enterprise (VE), have been appeared. The traditional organization theory and management science are concerned about the competitive strategy and organizational structure in the stable environment. They are unable to adapt to the analysis for the organizational structure and operation mechanism of enterprises in the complex, dynamic environment. It is necessary to treat enterprises and VE in new perspective, to study the organization characteristics and operation management of VE by using a new organization management theory and competitive strategy theory. The integrated management is new management ideas and methods. As a strategy idea guiding management practice and an effective manner to solve complex system problems, it can bring the integration ideas and methods to bear in enterprise management practice. Therefore, it is important way of researching enterprise organization and management to study the internal operation mechanism and the law of the modern enterprise development and to resolve some of the key issues in the implementation process by using the integrated management theory.This paper focuses on the study on the multi-level analysis of the integrated management of VE. According to the study ideas of questions, principle analysis, content analysis, model design and case analysis in the course of the study, this paper surmounts the drawbacks of researching the integration of VE from the view of integration of information technology by many scholars. However, this paper studies the VE integrated management in the management perspective, and explores integrated management of VE in aspects of theory and practice.The main study contents are as follows:Firstly, it analyses the principle of the integrated management of VE .It analyses VE integrated movement by using integrated theory and field theory and shows that the integrated field is an operating medium of VE integrated management. It analyses the structure and integrated dynamic mechanisms of integrated field and the characteristics of the integration operation mechanism.Secondly, it elaborates the multi-level framework of integrated management of VE on the basis of technology integration, at the core of business integration, for protection of organization integration and for the objective of strategy (knowledge) integration. It analyses the contents of integrated management at all levels. It constructs a SOA -based VE technology integration platform model. It constructs the comprehensive evaluation choice model on the VE partners by using relationship theory, comprehensive fuzzy assessment and multi-objective program and analyses the examples. It designs the model of knowledge-market-based VE knowledge integrated management system on the based of analyzing the cooperative game model of VE knowledge-sharing and the effect of VE knowledge-sharing prompting strategy-based. It provides a few of useful reference model for the integrated management of VE.Finally, it analyses the management of a typical VE organization and operation process by using a case and bring the models to bear in the design of VE. It proposes a series of measures for improving the management of multi-level integration. It suggests the strategy of promoting the development of the integrated management model of VE in China.The research ideas and the preliminary results of this paper provide new perspective and theoretical ideas for the research of VE, and provide useful lessons of how to improve the effectiveness of the integrated management of VE.
