Research On Multi-project Management Of R Company Based On Enterprise Integrated Strategy

Although Project Management(PM)has been practiced for many years in China,and has made great achievements.While the enterprise becomes more and more big,it must be to implement many projects at the same time.If like that,the single project management cannot meet the demand of enterprise.The project is regarded as the supporter of strategy implementation,and the key to the successful implementation of the strategy depends on the success of the project management.Therefore,the success or failure of enterprise management is closely related to project management.However,giving a project to a project team to carry out is not sure to be successful;it needs to be based on corporate strategic objectives to establish management system,management methods and procedures etc,and applies it to the project management to form a unique cultural environment for project management to ensure the consistency of the project objectives and enterprise objectives.Therefore,establishing a management model which can not only meet the needs of the overall interests of the enterprise,but also meet the needs of multi-project management is an inevitable choice for the sustainable development of enterprises.This thesis is based on the enterprise multi-project management and enterprise strategy execution,the main research methods are document research and case analysis,Building the multi-project management model based on enterprise strategy with the reference of the theory framework of strategic implementation.In this paper,the author puts forward the question,the analysis question and solves the question as the main writing mentality.First of all,the topics and significance of this thesis are put forward from the perspective of the practical needs of enterprises;Secondly,after summarizing the related theories,the author analyzes the internal and external environment of R company and the problems existing in enterprise multi-project management;Third to build multi-project management model based on enterprise strategy which contain PMO,project management process establishment and the reconstruction,project management information system establishment,enterprise value chain project optimization and Building enterprise project management culture;Finally,a case study based on the multi-project management mode of R company based on enterprise strategy is given to illustrate the practical application of the model.In this paper,from the perspective of corporate strategy,corporate strategy and project management will be combined to establish a management model that can meet the needs of the overall interests of the enterprise and meet the needs of project management,which not only in the concept of enterprise project management on the expansion,but also for the enterprise project management practice to provide a new way of thinking,to make it a strong guarantee for enterprises to gain competitive advantage in the fast changing environment.
