The Relation Study On Promoting The Listed Company Shareholder Value Of The Northeast Region And The Economic Development In The Northeast Regions

The economic development of Northeast Region is one of the key factors that consciously promote the regional economic develops coordinately, so its tempo will influence the whole growth of our country economic. We should cautiously carry out the strategy rebounding the Northeast Old Industrial Bases .On this condition; it is the key of the economic development of Northeast Region whether the development of listed companies are good or bad. This article analyses the contribution that the listed companies have brought to the economics development. According to the analysis, the writer finds out the equity structure of listed companies in the economic development of Northeast Region, compares the equity structure between the domestic and abroad companies, and lodges the important signification the upgrade of the shareholders'value will bring to the listed companies. At last, the writer puts forward some approaches on upgrading the shareholders'value.
