Reserch On Northeast Region's Choice Of Undertaking Industiral Transfer In Eastren Region Based On Gradient Theroy

At present,the world economic development is widespread industrial transfer,and with the land cost,labor,resource exhaustion and other problems gradually intensified.At the beginning of the reform,China took a unbalanced development strategy,and the eastern region gained rapid development by virtue of its own advantages.However,due to the pressure of many factors,the eastern region needs to turn out labor-intensive industries to provide space for the development of new and high technology industries.In recent years,the eastern region is actively carrying out industrial transfer to other areas,and the industrial transfer to the central and Western countries is the most effective,and has achieved great results,further narrowing the domestic regional development gap and upgrading the comprehensive strength of the industrial transfer to the region.As one of the important "old industrial bases",the northeast area is still in the underdeveloped area,but the industrial base is not backward,the natural resources are rich,and it enjoys a good policy environment.Therefore,to undertake the industrial transfer in the eastern region has also become an important opportunity for the development of the northeast region.The purpose of this paper is to accelerate industrial transfer in Northeast China,promote social development in Northeast China,provide feasible policy suggestions and theoretical support,and provide practical experience for other areas to undertake industrial transfer.In this paper,the northeast region is the research object.First,the regional gradient ranking of Northeast China is evaluated by using the principal component analysis method and the regional gradient evaluation model.It is clear that the regional gradient in the northeast region is lower than the selected provinces and municipalities in the eastern region,and can undertake industrial transfer.Secondly,using the change of industrial proportion in recent years,the northeast region has undertaken the industrial transfer of selected provinces and municipalities in the eastern region.Compared with the selected provinces and cities in the eastern region by the relative industrial gradient coefficient,which industries are not only dominant in the northeast region,but also occupy the advantages compared with the selected provinces and municipalities in the eastern region.The industry can be selected as an industry from the eastern region.Thirdly,it revises Potter's competitive advantage model,and combines the actual undertaking conditions of Northeast China to select the advantageous industries that can be carried on in Northeast China,and summarizes the problems that have been selected to undertake industrial attention.Finally,it combines the research content to determine the specific mode of undertaking,and puts forward the northeast region to undertake the East.Thedevelopment strategy of industrial transfer in selected provinces and cities will further promote the northeast region's undertaking of the industrial transfer of selected provinces and cities in the eastern region.
