Study On The Enterprises Virtualization Forms And The Evolvement Laws Based On Value Chain

Nowadays, with the development of science and technology, especially the swift development and the increasing popularization of information technology, the economy and society development environment has been much more changed. Because of the advancement of science and technology, the productivity has been greatly improved, as well as the people's daily life. Therefore, there are not only higher demands on the research and design, manufacturing, sales, marketing and service functions of the enterprises, but also new challenges on the former organization modes and management ways and means. In the change of management philosophy, researchers pay more and more attentions on enterprises virtualization as its generally worldwide success.The purpose of this thesis is to find some laws in the enterprises virtualization process through deep analysis so that the enterprises can make use of the laws to find and keep the competitive advantages. The analysis includes the following contents. First, the definition, features and foundations of enterprises virtualization are clearly explained. Second, the thesis analysis the enterprises virtualization and its various forms classification based on the theory of value chain. Third, taking three typical forms for examples the thesis analyses their value chain, describes their construction process and sets up a virtualization metrics system. The thesis makes an integrated, reasonable and clear classification then analyses them respectively. The virtualization metrics system is improved from the former one by Analytic Hierarchy Process.In the end, the thesis gives an example of the famous garment enterprise "Meters/ Bonwe" on its virtualization. It provides experiences for enterprises virtualization.
