Cost Control Based On Application Of The Value Engineering In Real Estates Project Construction

Cost control,as an important factor in Real Estates development ,has become a core resource to improve the enterprise revenue.But there is an obvious shortcoming in this field,that we have not an objective method to make a decision between the cost and the product equipment.The goal of the cost control is not just the absolutely lowest price,we should try to achieve the relatively lowest price that fits the product,market,and the strategy of the enterprise well.In this article,we analyze the key to get the efficiently cost control in deferent stages of the real estates development,especially in analysis of market and product.In this stage,Value Engineering is an important method to appreciate if the product value fit the cost or not,and give us a direction to promote our work.
